01 — Capability

Every machine, with its envelope and tolerance.

Two shifts on the floor. If a part fits one of these envelopes we can hold the tolerance beside it; if it does not, we will say so on the quote rather than find out on the first article.

Tolerances are what we hold in production, not a best case on a single feature.

Beyond cutting metal

What happens after the spindle stops

Finishing
Deburring, tumbling, bead blast and passivation in house. Anodize, plating and heat treat through certified partners with the certs attached.
Assembly
Press-fit, helicoil, bushings and sub-assembly with serialization, so you receive a part that bolts on.
Engineering
DFM review on every quote. We tell you where a tolerance is costing you money before we cut it.
Lot sizes
Prototypes from one piece to production runs of 50,000 a year. Kanban and blanket orders with release schedules.
